Cancellation and Refunds

How subscriptions renew, how to cancel, when a refund is due and when it is not, how AI credits are treated, and how long the money takes to reach you.

Effective date: 9 August 2026 · Last updated: 9 August 2026

1. Plans and billing

SAIMA is sold as a monthly subscription in Saudi Riyals. There is a free plan that requires no payment, and paid plans that differ in included AI credits, number of brands, team members, scheduled posts and storage.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. Prices shown on the pricing page are the prices charged; any applicable value added tax is shown at checkout.

2. Try before you pay

The free plan exists so that you can evaluate the platform without a payment. It includes a monthly allowance of AI credits and full access to the core workflow.

We consider this the fair way to sell software: you find out whether SAIMA suits your work before money changes hands, rather than paying first and asking for it back.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not end the current period.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. After that the account moves to the free plan — it is not deleted, and your content remains, subject to the limits of the free plan.

We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not require notice.

4. When a refund is due

We refund in these cases, without argument:

  • Duplicate chargeYou were charged twice for the same period. Refunded in full.
  • Charge after cancellationA renewal was taken after you cancelled. Refunded in full.
  • Failure on our sideA defect or outage attributable to SAIMA prevented you from using a paid plan for a significant part of a billing period, and we could not resolve it. Refunded in proportion to the period affected.
  • Unauthorised chargeA payment was taken without authority from the account holder. Refunded in full once verified.
  • Immediate regretYou subscribed and told us within 7 days, having made no substantive use of the paid plan in that time. Refunded in full.

5. When a refund is not due

We state these plainly rather than leaving them to be discovered at the point of refusal:

  • Unused timeCancelling part-way through a paid period does not produce a pro-rata refund; you keep access for the remainder instead.
  • Unused creditsAI credits included in a plan have no cash value and are not refunded. They reset with each billing period and do not carry forward.
  • Consumed creditsCredits already spent on generation are not refunded, including where you discarded the output. The provider processed the request.
  • Commercial outcomeThe platform does not guarantee marketing results. Campaign performance is not a ground for refund.
  • Third-party actionA connected platform suspending or restricting your account, or changing its API, is not a ground for refund of the SAIMA subscription.
  • Termination for breachAn account closed for a serious breach of the Acceptable Use Policy is not refunded.

6. How to request a refund

Write to billing@saimahub.ai from the email address on the account, with the invoice number or the date and amount of the charge, and a short explanation.

We respond within 3 business days. If a refund is approved it is issued to the original payment method — we cannot send it anywhere else. Once issued, the time to reach your account is set by your bank or card issuer, and is typically between 5 and 14 business days.

7. Price changes

If we change the price of a plan you are on, we tell you before the change takes effect and in time for you to cancel before the next renewal. A price change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
