Acceptable Use Policy

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to everyone who uses SAIMA — account owners, team members, developers building on our API, and affiliate partners — and to everything done through the platform, including content generated with AI features and content published to connected accounts.

You are responsible for use of the platform under your account, including by your team members and by any application you build with your API keys.

2. Unlawful and harmful use

You may not use SAIMA to:

• Break the law — Do anything unlawful under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the laws applying to you or your audience.
• Deceive — Publish false or misleading claims about a product, price, availability, endorsement or result; fabricate reviews, testimonials or engagement.
• Impersonate — Present yourself as a person or organisation you are not, or generate content that impersonates a real individual or brand.
• Harm others — Produce or distribute material that harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence or hatred against a person or group.
• Exploit minors — Create, upload or publish any material that sexualises or endangers a child. Accounts are terminated immediately and reported.
• Infringe rights — Use content you do not have the rights to, or strip attribution from protected material.

3. Platform and account integrity

You may not:

• Bypass controls — Circumvent authentication, permissions, rate limits, credit allowances or billing; access data belonging to another organisation.
• Probe or attack — Scan, penetration-test or attempt to disrupt the platform without our prior written authorisation. Responsible disclosure is welcome at security@saimahub.ai.
• Share credentials — Share account credentials or API keys with anyone outside your organisation, or resell access without a written agreement with us.
• Overload — Place automated load on the service beyond documented limits, or use the platform as general-purpose storage or compute unrelated to marketing.
• Misuse connections — Use a connected advertising or social account you do not own or lack authority over, or exceed the permissions its owner granted.

4. Rules of the platforms you publish to

When you publish through SAIMA to a third-party platform, that platform's own policies apply to your content in addition to this one. Advertising rules, community standards and data policies of the destination remain binding on you as the publisher.

A breach there can cost you the connected account, and can cost SAIMA its integration for every customer. For that reason we treat repeated third-party policy violations as a breach of this policy.

5. AI-specific limits

The prohibitions in the AI Policy apply in full: no impersonation, no fabricated endorsements, no deceptive product claims, no content depicting a real individual without consent, and no attempt to bypass a provider's safety controls.

You may not use AI features to generate content at a volume or in a pattern designed to manipulate a platform's ranking, engagement or advertising systems.

6. How we enforce this

Our response is proportionate to the seriousness of the breach and to whether it is repeated. In most cases we contact you first and give you a chance to correct the problem.

• Warning — For a first, non-serious or apparently accidental breach.
• Feature restriction — Suspending a specific capability — for example AI generation or publishing — while the matter is resolved.
• Suspension — Pausing the account where the breach is serious or continuing.
• Termination — Closing the account without refund for severe breaches, including anything involving a minor, coordinated deception, or an attack on the platform.
• Referral — Reporting to the competent authorities where the law requires it.

7. Reporting a breach

To report misuse of the platform, write to abuse@saimahub.ai with enough detail for us to locate the content or account. For security vulnerabilities, write to security@saimahub.ai.
